Significantly enhance your AUDI A3 8V with the original automatically dimming interior mirror.
The interior mirror darkens automatically when the light is too strong.
Here we provide you with the complete package for the easy retrofitting of the automatically dimming interior mirror in your AUDI A3 8V.
Scope of delivery:
- - 1x original AUDI A3 8V automatically dimming interior mirror (depending on model / selection)
- - 1x pre-assembled cable set
- - 1x installation instructions (German)
Installation time: approx. 1 hour
Please provide the chassis number during the ordering process
Please choose whether you want the interior mirror in the "new" or "old" design.
Product attributes:
The retrofitting of the original automatic (= electrically) dimming interior mirror is possible on all AUDI A3 / S3 / RS3 8V models of all years of manufacture (pre-facelift / facelift), all equipment variants and all body styles (3-door, sportback, convertible, sedan).
We will supply you with the right interior mirror depending on your chassis number in the correct colour (e.g. crystal silver, black, Pashima beige, etc.).
Please select the desired interior mirror:
"new" design = factory installed from model year 2016.
The "new" design also fits models up to model year 2015 and vice versa, so you can install any variant.
"old" design = factory installed up to model year 2015.
EVERY windscreen is already capable of this from the factory - it does NOT need to be replaced.
The mirror is simply unclipped and the new mirror is put back on.
The light/rain sensor, if installed, has absolutely nothing to do with the mirror; they are both separate components.
Finally, NO coding work is required for this retrofit.
