Significantly upgrade your Audi A6 4A C8 Avant / allroad with the original rear view camera.
Here we supply you with the complete package for retrofitting the original rear view camera - especially suitable for your AUDI A6 4A C8 Avant or allroad.
+ Optical display of the live image on the screen as well as the active and moving auxiliary lines when steering
+ Activation of the live image when engaging reverse gear or by pressing the parking aid button
+ After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the coding dongle supplied here uses the innovative APP that is already pre-configured for you to completely automatically activate the rear view camera - NO further coding work with a tester and NO activation with an SVM activation code from an AUDI partner is necessary.

Installation time: approx. 4 hours
Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)).
Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles of the model year 2023 with installed PR number NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) or vehicles of previous model years (e.g. 2022, 2021, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

The retrofitting of the original rear view camera / Rear Assist is possible on all AUDI A6 / S6 / RS6 4A C8 Avant / allroad (= station wagon) models of all years of manufacture with all installed MMI multimedia systems (e.g. PR number: I8T, 7UG, I8V, I8E) and all equipment variants.
Suitable for all AUDI A6 models with all parking aid systems such as: rear parking aid (PR no.: 7X1), front + rear (PR no.: 7X2), park steering assistant (PR no.: 7X5) and also suitable for your AUDI without parking aid (PR no.: 7X0).
The existing push button on the tailgate will be replaced 1:1 with the original AUDI A6 4A C8 push button with integrated reversing camera supplied here.
The included original Y-connector adapts the factory-installed water hose of the rear window wiper - so of course the very convenient cleaning function of the rear camera also works.
