Description
Do you drive an Audi R8 4S and have an exhaust system with factory-fitted flap control?
Would you like more individual control over your exhaust flaps?
With our Active Valve Control, you gain complete control over your Audi R8 4S.
Our flap module is connected to the original control unit in your vehicle and can be removed at any time without leaving any traces.
Functions
The following functionalities are available via the Drive Select menu:
Audi Drive Select: Comfort Mode
Both exhaust flaps closed (even during cold start)
Audi Drive Select: Auto Mode
Both exhaust flaps behave 100% like the original
You can now operate the flaps again via the flap button.
Audi Drive Select: Dynamic Mode
Both exhaust flaps permanently open
Innovative Features
Engine protection (safety function)
Full-load driving with closed flaps can lead to damage, which is why our module opens both flaps for safety at an engine speed of approx. 5000 RPM to relieve the engine.
Module deactivation via original button
Would you like to activate the factory control? No problem: Press the ESP button twice in a row to deactivate the module. The module remains deactivated until you activate it again by pressing the ESP button twice.
Compatibility
The Active Valve Control module is compatible with the following models:
Vehicles with factory-fitted flap exhaust system
- Audi R8 4S V10 with two exhaust flaps: 397 KW / 540 HP
- Audi R8 4S V10 plus with two exhaust flaps: 449 KW / 610 HP
