Audi RS Q3 F3 - Active Valve Control - Flap Control
Do you drive an Audi RS Q3 F3 and have an exhaust system with factory flap control?Would you like to control your exhaust flaps more individually?
Does it also bother you that the flaps are closed during a cold start? With our Active Valve Control, you gain complete control over your Audi RS Q3 F3.
Functions
Our flap module connects Plug & Play to your vehicle and can be removed without a trace at any time.
The following functionalities are available via the Drive Select menu:
- Audi Drive Select: Comfort/Efficiency Mode
Both exhaust flaps closed (even during cold start)
- Audi Drive Select: Auto Mode
Both exhaust flaps behave 100% like the original
-original mode- - Audi Drive Select: Dynamic Mode
Both exhaust flaps permanently open
Innovative Features
- Engine protection (safety function)
Full-load driving with closed flaps can lead to damage, therefore our module safely opens both flaps at an engine speed of approx. 4000 RPM to relieve the engine.
- Flap reversal via original button
You have the option to reverse the flaps in both Comfort and Dynamic mode.
This means: You are driving in Comfort mode with closed flaps, but would like them open? No problem: Press the ESP button twice in a row to reverse the flaps.
- Module deactivation via original button
You have the option to completely deactivate our flap control; to do this, you must press and hold your "Start&Stop automatic" button for approx. 5 seconds. Repeating this procedure will reactivate the module.
- SSA Memory Function
The last state of the Start&Stop function is saved and restored after restarting the engine.

The Active Valve Control module is compatible with the following models:
Vehicles with factory flap exhaust system
- Audi RS Q3 F3 with two exhaust flaps: 294 KW / 400 PS
- Audi RS Q3 F3 Sportback with two exhaust flaps: 294 KW / 400 PS
- 1x Active Valve Control
- Cable set
- Installation instructions
- Not permitted for use on public roads
- Full-load driving with closed flaps should be avoided
- Use is at your own risk - No liability is assumed for damages
