Audi RS Q3 F3 - Active Valve Control - flap control
Do you drive an Audi RS Q3 F3 and have an exhaust system with factory-installed flap control?Would you like to have more individual control over your exhaust flaps?
Does it also bother you that the flaps are closed during cold starts? With our Active Valve Control you gain complete control for your Audi RS Q3 F3.
Functions
Our flap module is connected plug&play in your vehicle and can be retrofitted at any time without leaving any residue.
The following functionalities are available via the Drive Select menu:
- Audi Drive Select: Comfort/Efficiency mode
Both exhaust flaps closed (also during cold start)
- Audi Drive Select: Auto Mode
Both exhaust flaps behave 100% original
-original mode- - Audi Drive Select: Dynamic mode
Both exhaust flaps permanently open
Innovative features
- Protecting the engine (safety function)
Driving at full load with the flaps closed can cause damage, so for safety reasons our module opens both flaps at a speed of approx. 4000 RPM to relieve the load on the engine.
- Key reversal via original key
You have the option to reverse the flaps in Comfort as well as in Dynamic mode.
This means: If you're driving in Comfort mode with the flaps closed, but would prefer them to be open, no problem: Press the ESP button twice in succession to reverse the flaps.
- Module deactivation via original button
You have the option to completely deactivate our flap control. To do so, simply hold down the "Automatic Start & Stop" button for approximately 5 seconds. Repeating this procedure will reactivate the module.
- SSA memory function
The last state of the Start&Stop function is saved and restored after the engine restart.

Vehicles with factory-fitted flap exhaust system
- Audi RS Q3 F3 with two exhaust flaps: 294 KW / 400 HP
- Audi RS Q3 F3 Sportback with two exhaust flaps: 294 KW / 400 PS

- Full load driving with closed flaps should be avoided
