Active Valve Control - Flap Control
Do you drive an Audi RS6 4K (C8) and have an exhaust system with factory flap control?
Would you like to have more individual control over your exhaust flaps?
Does it also bother you that the flaps have to be opened again every time the engine restarts?
With our Active Valve Control, you gain complete control over your Audi RS6 4K.
Functions Our flap module is connected to your vehicle via Plug&Play and can be removed at any time without leaving any traces.
You do not need any external buttons or remote controls, but can easily control the flaps using the original buttons in the vehicle.
The following functions are available via the Drive Select menu:

Audi Drive Select: Comfort mode
Both exhaust flaps closed (also in cold start)

Audi Drive Select: Auto mode
Both exhaust flaps behave 100% like the original -original mode-

Audi Drive Select: Dynamic mode
Both exhaust flaps permanently open
Innovative Functions

Engine protection (safety function)
Full throttle driving with closed flaps can lead to damage, which is why our module opens both flaps from an engine speed of approx. 4000 rpm for safety reasons to relieve the engine.

Flap reversal according to original taste
You have the option to reverse the flaps in both Comfort and Dynamic mode.
This means: You are driving in Comfort mode with the flaps closed, but would like them open? No problem: press the ESP button twice in quick succession to reverse the flaps.
Compatibility
The Active Valve Control module is compatible with the following models: Vehicles with factory flap exhaust system:
- Audi RS6 4k with two exhaust flaps: 441 KW / 600 PS
- Audi RS6 Performance with two exhaust flaps: 463KW / 630PS
