Description
Active Valve Control gives you complete control over your exhaust flaps. Whether you want to enjoy the exhaust sound with permanently open flaps or prefer it quieter with closed flaps. The module is connected to your vehicle via Plug&Play. This preserves the original condition. No external buttons or remote controls are needed; it can be easily operated via the original controls in the car or via an app.
Functions:
Complete control of the flaps, can be opened/closed at any time. Engine protection (safety function) – full-load driving with closed flaps can lead to damage, therefore our module opens both flaps for safety from an engine speed of approx. 5000 rpm to relieve the engine.
Flap reversal via original button:
You have the option to reverse the flaps in any mode.
You do not need any external buttons or remote controls, you can simply control the flaps via the original buttons in the vehicle.
The following functions are available via the Drive Select menu:

Audi Drive Select: Comfort Mode
Both exhaust flaps closed (even during cold start)

Audi Drive Select: Auto Mode
Both exhaust flaps behave 100% as original

Audi Drive Select: Dynamic Mode
Both exhaust flaps permanently open
Compatibility
The Active Valve Control module is compatible with the following models:
Vehicles with factory-fitted flap exhaust system :
- Audi S3 8V with two exhaust flaps: 221 KW / 300 PS
- Audi S3 8V with two exhaust flaps: 228 KW / 310 PS
- Audi RS3 8V with two exhaust flaps: 270 KW / 367 PS
- Audi RS3 8V with two exhaust flaps: 294 KW / 400 PS
