On our race cars, we observed that the inner side of the brake disc (despite brake upgrades) on the rear axle generated extreme temperatures. Apart from the high temperature development, an extreme difference between the inner and outer side leads to uneven wear of the brake pads.
Our solution works Plug & Play and requires no modifications to the vehicle, no mounting of hoses, clamps, or other accessories. Thus, we have developed a wear-free system. We use the original screw points/shapes on the control arm for attachment.
The air is guided through a flow channel directly into the inner side of the rim.
Disassembly or modification of the dust shield is strongly recommended for maximum performance! It would also be sufficient to cut a small window out of the dust shield or strategically place some 10mm holes in the dust shield.
