The Eventuri Carbon intake system for the BMW E60 M5 and E63 M6 has been developed with the highest precision to take engine performance, responsiveness and the overall driving experience to a new level.
The focus is on the perfect balance between aerodynamic efficiency and optimal intake air temperature . Unlike conventional airboxes, Eventuri relies on an open system – but with crucial differences in housing shape, filter design and airflow .
The centerpiece is the inverted, cone-shaped air filter , encased in a precisely fitted carbon fiber structure. This design creates the so-called Venturi effect – a consistently laminar airflow that efficiently supplies the engine with fresh air. The result: a real power increase of up to 15 hp and noticeably improved torque.
The housing is manufactured using a high-quality prepreg carbon process . This process ensures maximum strength with minimal weight and gives the engine compartment a sophisticated, motorsport-inspired look.
