Eventuri Carbon Intake System – Honda Civic Type-R FK8
Experience measurable performance with the Eventuri intake system for the Honda Civic Type-R FK8 – developed by real engineers with a passion for precision and efficiency. Independent tests have achieved gains of up to +40 hp on Stage 2 vehicles – a clear statement of this system's effectiveness.
The challenge: The original airbox of the FK8 sits directly in front of the radiator fan and thus draws hot air from the engine compartment.
Eventuri's solution: A newly developed carbon scoop that draws fresh air specifically from the fender area. Thanks to the opening being twice as large as the OEM airbox, the airflow is no longer affected by the radiator – ensuring cool, consistent intake air even under high load.
Inside, the patented Eventuri filter with its conical flow path ensures even air acceleration. The result: lower intake temperatures, more direct throttle response, and a significant increase in performance .
