BMW G9X M5 Carbon Turbo Inlets – Glossy or Matte
The carbon fiber turbo inlets for the BMW G9X M5 are the ideal complement to our G9X M5 intake system and ensure optimized airflow to the turbochargers. Even when used with the original air filter boxes, they offer a noticeable improvement in airflow.
The standard intakes of the G9X M5 narrow immediately behind the connection to the air filter, restricting airflow – especially under increased boost pressure. Our inlets, made of high-quality prepreg carbon fiber, eliminate this bottleneck with a consistently larger cross-section. The result: increased air volume, reduced resistance, and a more efficient supply to the turbochargers.
Thanks to CNC-machined connection flanges and flow-optimized geometry , the airflow is guided more evenly, allowing turbochargers to reach their full potential. Beyond its technical benefits, the component also impresses visually – the elegant carbon finish, available in either a glossy or matte finish, makes a clear statement in the engine compartment.
The advantage is particularly evident in vehicles with increased performance : The increased air requirement of the turbochargers is optimally met – for more power, better efficiency and a more direct response.
