ASR RX1 exhaust valve control for Ford – full control over the sound of your vehicle

The ASR RX1 flap control unit was specially developed for Ford models with two electric exhaust flaps (type FE2-4R) and offers you the possibility to control the flaps manually at any time – conveniently via hand-held transmitter.
Suitable for: Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 292 hp (from 2022 onwards) .

With the RX1, you gain direct control over your vehicle's sound – independent of driving modes or software settings. This means you alone determine how your Raptor sounds.

Startup mode functions

The start mode determines which flap status is active after the ignition is switched on.
The RX1 allows for flexible programming:

• Last state:
  Press the Sport mode button 5 times within 5 seconds.

• Fixed mode:
  Press and hold the desired mode button for approximately 10 seconds.
  Open and close the flaps 5 times for confirmation.

Assembly

Installation is completely plug and play via vehicle-specific connectors.
For optimal reception and protection from the elements, we recommend installation in the trunk. The cable lengths are designed for this purpose.
The system can be dismantled at any time – without leaving a trace.
