Description
Do you drive a Mercedes Benz G-Class W463 (model series from 2018) and have an exhaust system with factory-fitted flap control (Performance Exhaust System / PAGA)?
Would you like to have more individual control over your exhaust flaps?
With our Active Valve Control, you gain complete control for your Mercedes Benz G-Class W463 (model series from 2018).
Functions
- You don't need any external buttons or remote controls; you can easily control the flaps using the original buttons in the vehicle.
The following functionalities are also available via the Agility Select menu:
- You can still use the button for your exhaust system to control the flaps, but with the added benefit:
- When the button is activated, the flaps are now permanently/fully open and not just under high engine load.
When the button is not pressed, the flaps are completely closed. This also applies to the cold start phase. This way, you can drive off in the morning without disturbing your housemates, if necessary.
Innovative Features
Engine Protection (Safety Function)
Full-load driving with closed flaps can lead to damage, which is why our module opens both flaps for safety at an engine speed of approx. 4000 RPM to relieve the engine.

The Active Valve Control module is compatible with the following models:
Vehicles with factory-fitted flap exhaust systems:
Mercedes-AMG G 63 with Performance Exhaust System: 430 kW (585 hp)
Mercedes Benz G 500 with factory-fitted flap exhaust system: 310 kW (422 hp)
