Maps for every performance level
With the multi-map technology developed by DTE Systems, up to nine channels are optimized in real time - whether common rail or boost pressure, turbo pressure, intake manifold pressure or air mass: PowerControl perfectly controls the technologically most demanding engines of the latest generations in a multi-dimensional multi-map with all relevant engine parameters. And this is available in up to three driver-selectable programs, each with 7 power levels. PowerControl X works about 4x faster and 5x more precisely than its predecessors.

App control with Warm-Up Timer
The smart tuning of the next generation
In addition to the keypad, the DTE performance enhancement PowerControl X can now also be operated from the cockpit. The following functions are included, among others:

• Switching the tuning box on and off via smartphone
• Changing programs Sport, Dynamic, Efficiency
• With configurable warm-up timer, where the driver decides when the DTE tuning starts
• Once set, the performance enhancement also works without an existing smartphone connection

With the new performance enhancement, you have the option to choose between three different and fully customizable driving programs: Sport, Dynamic and Efficiency.

Note: The Efficiency program is only available with PowerControl X.

• Sport
  In Sport mode, all engine parameters are tuned for maximum performance. The vehicle reacts more directly for a responsive driving experience.
• Dynamic
  Dynamic mode is a true all-rounder and balanced for long-distance journeys. The vehicle responds more dynamically for greater agility in every speed range.
• Efficiency (only PowerControl X)
  Efficiency mode optimizes the engine's efficiency and thus supports fuel-optimized driving for fuel consumption savings of up to 15%.

The innovative sports instruments exclusively for the new PowerControl app provide a complete overview of the vehicle's performance.

The Sports Instrument Highlights:

• Display of turbo and boost pressure as well as rpm
• Accelerometer showing lateral and longitudinal acceleration
• Display of the current driving program and possibility to change it

Reprogramming when changing vehicles
Simply take your performance enhancement with you
A DTE performance enhancement can be installed with just a few simple steps. Reverting to the series condition is also possible at any time. This way, the performance enhancement can be reused in your next vehicle when you change vehicles.

Reprogramming to the new vehicle is free of charge 2x (PowerControl X), provided that the new vehicle is an equivalent engine type. If you switch to a different engine type, additional hardware adaptation may be necessary.

Efficiency mode for even more fuel savings
Save up to 15% fuel
The DTE PowerControl X performance enhancement has a switchable Efficiency mode. With this eco-program, fuel consumption can be reduced by up to 15%. This way, the tuning quickly pays for itself. The main savings potential lies in the optimized torque. Because full power is available even at low speeds. This allows gears to be changed earlier and driving in a low gear saves fuel.
