This emblem is professionally refinished / matte black painted.
Please note the following information before ordering:
Suitable for all VW Golf 8 hatchback / sedan models (PR number: K8G) of all model years (pre-facelift / facelift) and all equipment variants (including GTI, GTD, R, R-Line, with or without reversing camera, etc.).
NOT suitable for VW Golf 8 Variant or Alltrack (= station wagon) models

The dimensions are 1:1 like the factory-installed emblem as it is an original VW part.
This Volkswagen emblem is factory-clipped - making it very easy to replace.
All emblems are elaborately processed in several special procedures.
The chrome surface of the "VW upper part" is roughened to maintain paint adhesion and smoothed for painting. Subsequently, the surface is primed and painted several times with high-quality "glossy black" paint.
The lower part, also called the cover plate, is perfectly painted in the vehicle color Ravenna Blue (paint code: LA5W).
Installation:
Unclip the old emblem.
Re-clip the original two-tone emblem supplied here, the upper part is simply placed on the lower part - DONE!
