Description
Significantly upgrade your VW T-Cross C1 with the original automatically dimming and frameless interior mirror.
The interior mirror darkens automatically when the light is too strong.
Here we supply you with the complete package for retrofitting the automatically dimming interior mirror in your VW T-Cross C1.
Scope of delivery:
- - 1x original VW T-Cross C1 auto-dimming interior mirror (depending on model)
- - 1x pre-assembled cable set
- - 1x installation instructions (German)
Installation time: approx. 1 hour

Product attributes:
Retrofitting the original automatically dimming interior mirror is possible on all VW T-Cross C1 models of all years of manufacture and all equipment variants.
The cable harness runs from the interior mirror into the driver's footwell and is connected there.
Suitable for upgrading the currently installed manually dimming interior mirror to an automatically dimming interior mirror.
The existing interior mirror is simply unclipped and the new mirror is put back on.
Finally, NO coding work is required for this retrofit.
Information about the windshield:
For models with a "glued" interior mirror which is only attached to the windscreen with an adhesive dot, a windscreen with a bracket for the new interior mirror is also required (see picture).
For models with a "hinged" interior mirror (= e.g. already installed with a light/rain sensor), it is not necessary to change the windshield as it is already capable - so no additional components are required.
