Description
Significantly enhance your VW Touareg CR with the original rear view camera.
Here we supply you with the complete package for retrofitting the original rear view camera - especially suitable for your VW Touareg CR.
+ Optical display of the live image on the screen as well as the active and moving auxiliary lines when steering
+ Activation of the live image when engaging reverse gear or by pressing the parking aid button
+ After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the coding dongle supplied here uses the innovative APP that is already pre-configured for you to completely automatically activate the rear view camera - NO further coding work with a tester is necessary.

- 1x pre-assembled cable set
- 1x KECODI interface
- 1x KECODI interface storage case
- 1x installation instructions (German)
Installation time: approx. 4 hours
Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)).
Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles of the model year 2023 with installed PR number NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) or vehicles of previous model years (e.g. 2022, 2021, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

Retrofitting the original rear view camera / Rear Assist is possible on all VW Touareg CR models of all years with one of the following installed navigation systems:
Navigation system Pro (PR number: I8J = 9.2 inch touch display with surrounding buttons, see product image)
Premium navigation system (PR number: 7US = 15 inch touch display)
The general rule is: IF navigation is installed, the rear view camera can always be retrofitted.
Suitable for all VW Touareg CR models with all parking aid systems such as: rear parking aid (PR no.: 7X1), front + rear (PR no.: 7X2), park steering assistant (PR no.: 7X5) and also suitable for your VW without parking aid (PR no.: 7X0).
The existing push button on the tailgate will be replaced 1:1 with the original VW Touareg CR push button with integrated rear view camera.
