Developed to meet the high demands of the S58 engine, this exceptional kit features a special competition core, which boasts an impressive 50% larger external core volume compared to the original intercooler. The optimal ratio between inner and outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer while maintaining the best possible internal airflow. The end tanks, made of high-quality aluminum gravity die casting, were designed for optimal airflow characteristics through CFD simulations, leading to outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This kit is the perfect choice.
The cast aluminum end tanks were created in CAD and optimized with the help of CFD simulations for the best possible internal airflow. An air guide integrated into the end tank allows for homogeneous filling of the high-performance competition core. The connection diameters have been enlarged to Ø67mm, which is why this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has significantly less back pressure than the series intercooler.
In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The completely ready-to-install kit simply replaces the series intercooler.
Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to continuous quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
