The revised Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit for Audi S4 B5 and A6 C4 2.7 Biturbo.
The high-performance intercoolers have the following core dimensions (220x215x90), thus offering a 38% larger flow area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance core offers the highest cooling properties with the latest tube-fin technology. The end tanks of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analyses in the CAD system. The intercooler kit was developed directly for the Audi S4. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
This kit also includes visually appealing carbon air ducts. Installation is carried out at the original mounting points and is very easy to perform. The connection diameter for inlet & outlet is Ø53mm.
