The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (660x180x110 = 13,070cm³) and thus offers a 14% larger inflow area and 57% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance mesh is a high-quality tube fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 8.3kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready-to-install kit, simply replace with the standard intercooler - plug and play. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-stable. All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
