WAGNER TUNING Comp. Intercooler Kit EVO3 BMW F30/31/32/34/35/36 335i N55
The high-performance intercooler has core dimensions of 510mm x 345mm x 180mm (stepped 23.56L), providing a 165% larger frontal area and 223% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.8kg. The end tanks of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analyses in the CFD system. The EVO3 intercooler kit was developed directly for the high demands of major tuning stages on the BMW M135i and M235i. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet have been extended to Ø65mm and at the outlet to Ø76mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses, as well as an aluminum charge pipe in Ø76mm. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete ready-to-install kit, including modified cross member, simply replace with series parts - due to the extreme size, minor adjustments to the cooler support are necessary. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to continuous quality control. Suitable for racing.
