WAGNER TUNING Comp. Intercooler Kit EVO3 BMW F30/31/32/34/35/36 335i N55
The high-performance intercooler has the dimensions 510mm x 345mm x 180mm (stepped 23.56L) and thus offers a 165% larger inflow area and 223% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance network is a high-quality tube fin network with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.8kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system. The intercooler kit EVO3 was developed directly for the high demands of the large tuning stages on the BMW M135i and M235i. The original click connections were eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet were increased to Ø65mm and the outlet to Ø76mm. The kit therefore includes two reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge air pipe with a diameter of 76 mm. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Completely ready-to-install kit, including modified cross member, simply replace with standard parts - due to the extreme size, minor adjustments to the cooler support are necessary. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-stable. All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
