Specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of the Hyundai i30 N, this intercooler features an innovative Competition core (Tube Fin) with dimensions of 580 mm x 150 mm x 135.4 mm + 580 mm x 62 mm x 70 mm (stepped core: 14.3 liters). With a 44.3% larger frontal area and a 101.4% larger core volume compared to the original intercooler, this high-performance core offers unmatched performance.
The end tanks made of high-quality cast aluminum were designed using CAD and optimized with CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, the innovative Performance high-performance core, through the use of a specially designed air guide plate, allows sufficient airflow to neighboring components such as the water cooler. This kit is thus perfectly suited for racing and offers optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance.
With an anti-corrosion coating that possesses outstanding heat conductivity, WAGNERTUNING intercoolers are optimally protected against environmental influences and offer a durable and efficient cooling effect. Installation is effortless at the original mounting points and is easy to perform thanks to the plug-and-play system. Like all our products, this intercooler is subject to strict quality control.
