Intercooler Upgrade Kit for Ford Fiesta ST180 ST200 1.6l EcoBoost
The high-performance intercooler has core dimensions of 670mm x 270mm x 70mm / stepped = 9.6 liters. This results in a 100% larger flow area and 113% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The new Competition high-performance core still allows sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler. The intercooler weighs 6.8kg. This unique intercooler kit features cast aluminum free-form end tanks developed in CAD for optimal internal airflow and a pressure resistance of up to 6 bar (tested). Easy installation and top quality will convince you. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with thermal conductivity properties. All this guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. You will receive a complete ready-to-install kit, simply replace the series intercooler. All our products are subject to continuous quality monitoring. Suitable for racing. The connection diameter is 65mm on both sides.
