WAGNER TUNING Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 1 BMW 4 Series F Series
The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (520x210x130/stepped 11,750cm³ / OEM 510x130x110mm, 7,293cm³) and thus offers a 64% larger flow area and 60% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube fin core with internal turbulators. This means the total weight of the intercooler is only 6.6kg. The end tanks of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized with the help of flow analyses in the CFD system. The EVO1 intercooler kit is suitable for the first performance stages of BMW engines. This intercooler causes less back pressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees permanent and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete kit ready for installation, simply replace the standard intercooler - plug and play. The original intercooler hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable. All our products are subject to continuous quality monitoring. Now with TÜV parts certificate for many vehicles!
