WAGNER TUNING Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 1 BMW 4 Series F Series
The high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (520x210x130/stepped 11,750cm³ / OEM 510x130x110mm, 7,293cm³) and thus offers a 64% larger inflow area and 60% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance mesh is a high-quality tube fin mesh with internal turbulators. This means that the total weight of the intercooler is only 6.6kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analyses in the CFD system. The intercooler kit EVO1 is suitable for the first performance levels of BMW engines. This intercooler causes less back pressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete kit ready for installation, simply replace the standard intercooler - plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-stable. All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Now with TÜV parts certificate for many vehicles!
