Thanks to its impressive core dimensions of 600 mm x 395 mm x 135 mm [stepped] (28.9L), this intercooler offers a 127% larger frontal area and an incredible 250% more charge air volume compared to the original. The newly developed Competition high-performance core ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler, thus ensuring optimal cooling conditions. This high-quality tube-fin core with internal turbulators allows for even filling of the intercooler and achieves excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This makes this kit perfect for racing and demanding driving conditions. Our intercoolers are also equipped with an anti-corrosion coating, which not only protects against environmental influences but also ensures durable and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The cast aluminum end tanks are specially optimized and have been perfected under flow analysis in the CFD system to ensure the best possible airflow.

The stable unit consisting of the intercooler and cross member weighs only 18.0 kg thanks to the new Competition high-performance core, which has also contributed to weight reduction. Installation is problem-free at the original mounting points and requires no additional effort (1:1 replacement). With a pressure test of up to 6 bar, we prove the pressure stability and reliability of our products.
