COMPETITION INTERCOOLER KIT:
Hyundai I20 N 150KW/204PS (2021-)
The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features an innovative competition core (tube fin) with dimensions of
580 mm x 181 mm x 70 mm + 580 mm x 120 mm x 80 mm (stepped core: 12.9 liters), which was specially developed for the requirements of the Hyundai I20 N. This high-performance core offers a 46% larger frontal area and 98% more core volume compared to the original intercooler.
The cast aluminum end tanks were designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, the newly developed performance high-performance core ensures sufficient airflow for adjacent components, such as the water cooler. This makes this kit ideal for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercoolers from all environmental influences, guaranteeing a lasting and optimal cooling effect. Installation is done at the original mounting points and is easy to perform (plug and play). All our products are subject to continuous quality monitoring.
